What happens during a Strategy Session?
We'll spend 40 minutes on a 1:1 video call diving deep into your project. We'll discuss your goals, evaluate technology options, outline a recommended approach, and estimate timelines and budgets. Afterwards, you'll receive a written summary of everything we discussed.
Can I upgrade from one package to another?
Absolutely. If you start with a Discovery Call and later decide you need a full Project Roadmap, we'll credit what you've already paid toward the upgrade.
What video call platform do you use?
We typically use Google Meet or Zoom, but we're flexible. Just let us know your preference when booking and we'll accommodate.
Is there a refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with your session, let us know within 24 hours and we'll work with you to make it right. For packages that include deliverables, we offer revisions until you're happy with the result.
